U.S. Gold Corp. is a gold, copper, and precious metals development and exploration company. The company focuses on exploration opportunities primarily in Wyoming, Nevada, and Idaho. U.S. Gold Corp. owns mining leases and mineral rights for three main projects: the CK Gold Project in Wyoming, the Keystone Project in Nevada, and the Challis Gold Project in Idaho. Most of the company's recent activity has concentrated on advancing the CK Gold Project through its development stages. The CK Gold Project property contains proven and probable mineral reserves, classifying it as a development stage property under subpart 1300 of Regulation S-K. In contrast, the company's other properties do not contain proven and probable mineral reserves, and all activities at these sites are exploratory. U.S. Gold Corp. currently does not have any revenue-producing activities. The company was re-incorporated in Nevada in 2016, originally incorporated in New Jersey in 1967, and changed its legal name from Dataram Corporation to U.S. Gold Corp. on June 26, 2017. On May 23, 2017, the company merged with Gold King Corp., with Gold King's business becoming the company's primary focus.
