Urgently's platform serves Customer Partners, including original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), insurance companies, ride-hailing services, rental car companies, and fleet operators. These partners use Urgently's white label or co-branded platform to offer roadside assistance to their customers, referred to as Consumers. The Service Providers in Urgently's ecosystem are experienced professionals who deliver services such as repair, maintenance, towing, mobile repair, and jump starts. Consumers are vehicle owners, operators, or individuals requiring assistance for their vehicles.
