Urgently is a connected mobility assistance software platform that connects vehicle owners and operators with service professionals for roadside assistance, proactive maintenance, and repair services. The company was founded in 2013, initially offering a direct-to-consumer software platform for roadside assistance. Urgently subsequently shifted its focus to the business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-business-to-consumer (B2B2C) mobility assistance markets. Urgently's platform serves three main participant groups. Customer Partners include original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), insurance companies, ride-hailing services, rental car companies, and fleet operators. These partners use Urgently's white label or co-branded platform to offer roadside assistance to their customers, who are the end-users or Consumers. Service Providers are experienced professionals who deliver services such as repair, maintenance, towing, mobile repair, jump starts, and lockouts. Consumers are vehicle owners, operators, or individuals driving vehicles who require assistance. On October 19, 2023, Urgent.ly Inc. merged with Otonomo Technologies Ltd.
