Uni-Fuels Holdings Limited provides marine fuels as a reseller and broker to shipping companies. The company's operating subsidiary, Uni-Fuels Pte Ltd, was established in Singapore in October 2021 by Goh Wee Huan. In December 2023, Koh Kuan Hua acquired 100% of Uni-Fuels Pte Ltd. Uni-Fuels Holdings Limited was incorporated in the Cayman Islands on March 8, 2024. The company owns 100% of Uni-Fuels Group Inc., a Cayman Island intermediate holding company incorporated on February 5, 2024, which in turn holds 100% of Uni-Fuels Pte. Ltd. (Uni-Fuels Singapore). Uni-Fuels Singapore commenced business operations on October 12, 2021. The company serves customers operating various vessel types, including bulk carriers, tanker vessels, offshore support vessels, container ships, general cargo vessels, tugs and barges, car carriers, cruise liners, yachts, and dredging vessels. As part of a reorganization, Koh Kuan Hua, through Garden City Private Capital Limited, was transferred one Class B Ordinary Share of the Company on March 14, 2024, and transferred his 100% ownership in Uni-Fuels Singapore to Uni-Fuels Group on April 18, 2024. On September 3, 2024, the Company allotted 29,999,999 Class B Ordinary Shares to Garden City Private Capital Limited. Subsequently, 6,000,000 Class B Ordinary Shares were converted into 6,000,000 Class A Ordinary Shares on September 4, 2024, and an additional 1,350,000 Class B Ordinary Shares were converted into 1,350,000 Class A Ordinary Shares on September 25, 2024.
