United States Antimony Corporation's primary business involves the mining, procuring, processing, and sale of antimony and precious metals, mainly gold and silver, in Montana and Mexico. The company also mines, processes, and sells zeolite in Idaho. Starting in late 2024 and continuing in 2025, the company acquired mining claims in Alaska, Montana, and Canada, which are prospective for antimony, tungsten, cobalt, and other critical minerals. Additionally, the company entered an agreement to acquire exploration rights for mining properties in the southeastern United States. The company has also sourced antimony ore from new international suppliers and is close to completing an expansion of its antimony processing facility in Montana, which is expected to more than triple its current capacity. This increased antimony supply and processing capacity will support two new five-year sales contracts secured in 2025 with the U.S. Defense Logistics Agency and an industrial customer. Antimony and zeolite are minerals used across various industrial, commercial, and governmental applications, and the company provides these minerals in processed forms for end-use. The company began antimony mining and processing operations in Montana in 1970. While U.S. antimony mining, including the company's Montana operation, ceased in the 1980s due to increased imports of less expensive ore, the company continued to process foreign-sourced ore into antimony trioxide, antimony metal, antimony trisulfide, and precious metals, primarily gold and silver, at its Montana facility. In 2025, the company purchased surface rights for some of its patented mining claims in Montana and mined 840 tons of antimony ore. The company's common stock began trading on the New York Stock Exchange ("NYSE") on March 11, 2026, having previously been listed on the NYSE American exchange and the NYSE Texas.
