Textron Inc. is a multi-industry company that provides innovative products and services globally through its aircraft, defense, industrial, and finance businesses. Through 2025, the company operated through six segments: Textron Aviation, Bell, Textron Systems, Industrial, Textron eAviation (manufacturing businesses), and Finance (captive finance business). Effective January 4, 2026, the Textron eAviation segment's activities were realigned into other operating segments, eliminating it as a separate reporting segment. The company will report under this new structure starting with its first quarter 2026 Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q. Total revenues for 2025 were $14.8 billion. The Textron Aviation segment is a leader in general aviation, manufacturing, selling, and servicing Cessna and Beechcraft aircraft, and servicing Hawker business jets. This segment has two main product lines: aircraft and aftermarket parts and services. Aircraft sales include business jets, turboprop aircraft, military trainer and defense aircraft, and piston engine aircraft. Aftermarket parts and services include commercial parts sales, maintenance, inspection, repair services, and advanced flight training devices. Textron Aviation's business jets include the Cessna Citation M2 Gen2, Citation CJ3 Gen2, Citation CJ4 Gen2, Citation Ascend, Citation Latitude, and the Citation Longitude.
