TITAN INTERNATIONAL INC

Titan is a global industrial manufacturer and supplier of wheels, tires, and undercarriage components. The company, originally incorporated in 1983, serves customers worldwide and traces its origins to the Electric Wheel Company, founded in Quincy, Illinois, in 1890. Titan has expanded its global presence and product offerings through several key acquisitions. In 2005, it acquired North American farm tire assets from The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, followed by off-the-road (OTR) tire assets from Continental Tire North America in 2006. In 2011, Titan acquired Goodyear's Latin American farm tire business. The company gained a noncontrolling interest in Voltyre-Prom, a leading producer of agricultural and industrial tires with a manufacturing facility in Volgograd, Russia, in 2013/2014. Titan increased its interest in Voltyre-Prom to 64.3% (from 42.9%) in 2019, resulting in a controlling interest. In 2024, Titan acquired Carlstar, a global manufacturer and distributor of wheels and tires for outdoor power equipment, power sports, trailers, and small to midsize agricultural and construction equipment. As a manufacturer in the off-highway industry, Titan produces products for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and aftermarket customers in the agricultural, earthmoving/construction, and consumer markets. Titan manufactures and sells tires under the Goodyear Farm Tire, Titan Tire, Carlstar, and Voltyre-Prom Tire brands. Carlstar sells tire products under the Carlisle® brand through a long-term license agreement expiring in 2033, and also under ITP®, Trail Wolf®, Links®, USA Trail®, and Carlisle Radial Trail HD™ highway trailer tires. The company maintains research and development facilities to validate tire and wheel designs.
