Bravemorning also held 100,000 Preferred Stock Shares, convertible into an additional 200,000,000 shares of Common Stock, giving Bravemorning an aggregate voting power of approximately 92.5%. Mr. Weike Sun, a director of the Company, is the sole shareholder of Bravemorning.
