Trillion Energy International Inc. is a Canadian-based oil and gas exploration and production company with operations primarily in Turkiye. The company's shares trade on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the symbol "TCF", on the OTCQB under the symbol "TRLEF", and on the Frankfurt exchange under the symbol Z620. A class of its warrants trades on the CSE under the symbol TCF.WT. The company is focused on oil and gas exploration in Turkiye. After its year end, Trillion Energy International Inc. strategically shifted its asset mix to concentrate principally on an earn-in on the M47 Oil Block in Turkiye. This involved selling its license interests in the SASB natural gas project and the Cendere oil field, which were its primary operating assets during the year. The current exploration focus is for oil in the Cudi-Gabar petroleum province, Southeastern Turkiye, specifically on the east quadrant. This is managed through Trillion Energy Exploration Turkiye JSC ("Trillion JSC"), a newly formed, wholly owned subsidiary. In January 2026, Trillion Energy International Inc., through Trillion JSC, entered into a farm-in agreement with Derkim Poli retan Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. ("Derkim"). This agreement allows Trillion Energy International Inc. to earn a 29% working and revenue interest in the M47c,d Blocks ("Block M47"), which cover 151,484 hectares (374,325 acres) within the Cudi-Gabar petroleum province, Southeastern Turkiye. To earn this 29% undivided interest, Trillion Energy International Inc. has a work commitment totaling US $15,000,000 (approximately CAD $20,547,000). This investment involves funding 80% of the costs for the first three exploration wells, which are expected to be drilled over the next two years. Trillion Energy International Inc., through Trillion JSC, is also responsible for certain funding commitments for the Block M47 exploration and development program.
