On December 5, 2022, Trinity Capital entered into a joint venture agreement with certain funds and accounts managed by a specialty credit manager to co-manage Senior Credit Corp 2022 LLC. Senior Credit Corp invests in secured loans and equipment financings provided by Trinity Capital to growth-stage companies.
