TECHPRECISION CORP manufactures precision, large-scale fabricated and machined metal structural components and systems. The company provides a full range of services to transform raw materials into precision finished products, which are sold to customers in two main industry groups: defense and precision industrial. TECHPRECISION CORP aims to be a leading end-to-end service provider, offering custom, fully integrated solutions for complete products. These solutions involve custom fabrication, precision machining, assembly, integration, inspection, non-destructive evaluation, and testing, all manufactured according to customer drawings and specifications and in compliance with applicable national and international codes and standards. The company operates through two wholly owned subsidiaries, Ranor and Stadco, each representing a reportable segment. Each segment specializes in the manufacture and assembly of specific components, primarily for defense and other precision industrial customers. TECHPRECISION CORP was organized as a Delaware corporation in 2005 under the name Lounsberry Holdings II, Inc. On February 24, 2006, it acquired Ranor, Inc., and subsequently changed its corporate name to TechPrecision Corporation on March 6, 2006. Ranor, including its predecessors, has been in continuous operation since 1956. Ranor's business was the primary focus from February 24, 2006, until the acquisition of Stadco in August 2021.
