Travel + Leisure Co. is a leisure travel company offering vacation experiences and travel inspiration to millions of owners, members, and subscribers. As of December 31, 2025, the company operates in two segments. The Vacation Ownership segment is the world's largest vacation ownership business, serving 797,000 owner families across more than 280 vacation club resort locations. This segment provides vacation ownership experiences under brands such as Club Wyndham, WorldMark, Margaritaville Vacation Club, Sports Illustrated Resorts, Eddie Bauer Adventure Club, and Accor Vacation Club. The Travel and Membership segment includes the Exchange and Travel Club business lines. RCI, the world's largest exchange company, has 3.3 million members and 3,600 affiliated resorts in its network. The Travel Club business line offers tailored travel products and services to closed user groups through platforms like Travel + Leisure GO, RCI, and Travel + Leisure For Business, which provides business-to-business private-label travel club solutions. The company's history dates back to the formation of Hospitality Franchise Systems in 1990. After a merger with CUC International, Inc. in 1997 to form Cendant Corporation, and subsequent expansion, the company commenced trading on the NYSE as Wyndham Worldwide Corporation on August 1, 2006, under the symbol WYN. On May 31, 2018, the company established Wyndham Destinations, Inc. and spun off its hotel business into Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Inc.
