We are a mining company focused on owning, acquiring, exploring, and developing mineral properties. Currently, we hold an 18.715% ownership interest in Round Top. Round Top possesses two mineral property leases with the GLO, allowing for the exploration and development of a 950-acre rare earths project in Hudspeth County, Texas, known as the Round Top Project. These leases are valid until 2030 and can be automatically renewed if the Round Top Project is generating revenue where sales exceed associated costs for the preceding 12 months. Additionally, Round Top holds prospecting permits for 9,345 acres adjacent to the Round Top Project and other related assets. Our strategy for the Round Top Project involves developing a metallurgical process to concentrate or extract metals from its rhyolite, conducting further engineering, design, geotechnical work, and securing necessary permits for a bankable feasibility study, and then extracting mineral resources. As of the current date, the Round Top Project has not established any probable or proven mineral reserves under Item 1300 of Regulation S-K. Rare earth elements, also known as the "lanthanide series," are a group of chemically similar elements typically found together in nature. These elements possess characteristics vital for various technologies, products, and applications, serving as critical inputs for existing and emerging uses. Without them, many high-tech technologies would not be feasible, including cell phones, computer and television screens, battery-operated vehicles, clean energy technologies like hybrid and electric vehicles and wind power turbines, fiber optics, lasers, hard disk drives, numerous defense applications such as guidance and control systems and global positioning systems, and advanced water treatment technology for industrial, military, and outdoor recreation.
