It develops a portfolio of lifestyle and master-planned communities featuring single and multi-family detached and attached homes. The homebuilding business operates under the Taylor Morrison and Esplanade brand names. Taylor Morrison also provides financial services to customers through its wholly owned mortgage subsidiary, Taylor Morrison Home Funding, Inc., and offers title insurance and closing settlement services through its title company, Inspired Title Services, LLC. Additionally, it provides homeowner's insurance policies through its insurance agency, Taylor Morrison Insurance Services, Inc. The company also operates a "Build-to-Rent" homebuilding business called Yardly, where it acquires and develops land, builds homes, and provides leasing and management functions. In 2025, the company reported $7.8 billion of home closings revenue, a home closings gross margin of 22.5%, and 12,997 home closings. It had approximately $1.8 billion of liquidity and net sales orders of 11,074. The company repurchased 6.5 million common shares for $381.0 million.
