Interface, Inc. is a global flooring solutions company incorporated in Georgia in 1973. The company offers an integrated portfolio of flooring products including carpet tile, luxury vinyl tile ("LVT"), nora® rubber flooring, and FLOR® premium area rugs. Interface has evolved from a company focused primarily on modular carpet into an integrated flooring solutions provider. In late 2016, the company began offering LVT products in select markets, expanding globally in 2017. In 2018, Interface acquired nora systems GmbH, adding rubber flooring to its portfolio. In 2020, the company launched CQuest™ carbon negative carpet tile backings. Interface markets its integrated portfolio for carpet tile under the brand names Interface® and FLOR®, LVT under the brand Interface®, and rubber flooring under the brands noraplan® and norament®. The company serves diverse commercial end-markets including corporate office, education, healthcare, government, and hospitality. Interface operates through two reportable segments: Americas ("AMS"), which includes the United States, Canada, and Latin America, and Europe, Africa, Asia and Australia (collectively "EAAA").
