21Shares Hyperliquid ETF (THYP) is an exchange-traded fund designed to track the price of HYPE, the native digital asset of the Hyperliquid Network. The Trust is a passive investment vehicle that aims to reflect the performance of HYPE, as measured by the FTSE Hyperliquid Index, adjusted for expenses and liabilities. The ETF also seeks to reflect rewards from staking a portion of its HYPE holdings, provided the Sponsor determines it can do so without undue legal or regulatory risk. THYP provides investors with exposure to HYPE through a traditional brokerage account, eliminating the need for a crypto wallet or direct management of private keys. The fund's holdings are primarily HYPE tokens, with most held in cold storage by the Custodian. The Hyperliquid Network is a blockchain-based infrastructure supporting decentralized derivatives markets, facilitating high-performance digital asset trading via an on-chain central limit order book. Hyperliquid utilizes over 95% of its revenue for daily open-market buybacks of HYPE, creating consistent demand and supporting long-term value.
