THOR Industries, Inc. is the largest manufacturer of recreational vehicles (RVs) in North America and one of the largest in Europe. The company manufactures a wide variety of RVs in the U.S. and Europe, selling these vehicles, along with related parts and accessories, primarily to independent, non-franchise dealers across the United States, Canada, and Europe. THOR is incorporated in Delaware and is the successor to a Nevada corporation established on July 29, 1980. Its principal executive office is located at 52700 Independence Ct., Elkhart, Indiana 46514. For the fiscal years ended July 31, 2025, 2024, and 2023, THOR was the largest manufacturer of RVs in North America by units sold and revenue. Its principal North American RV operating subsidiaries include Airstream, Inc., Heartland Recreational Vehicles, LLC (which will be reported as part of Jayco beginning in fiscal 2026), Jayco, Inc., Keystone RV Company, K.Z., Inc., Thor Motor Coach, Inc., and Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc. Airstream manufactures and sells premium quality travel trailers and motorhomes. THOR's European RV operations encompass nine primary production locations, producing numerous brands such as Buccaneer, Buerstner, Carado, CrossCamp, Dethleffs, Elddis, Eriba, Etrusco, Hymer, Laika, LMC, Niesmann+Bischoff, Sunlight, and Xplore.
