(SMMI), an Idaho Corporation. SMMI owns 75% of Owyhee Gold Territory, LLC (OGT). The company does not hold any patents, licenses, franchises, or concessions considered important. Its business is not seasonal, and it operates in an industry where product prices are determined by the open market, meaning the company has no control over competitive conditions.
