We are an entertainment company that operates in Japan, offering a diverse range of services across the entertainment and hospitality sectors. We have four key revenue streams: Consultancy and management, Event curation, Sub-Leasing, and Restaurants. In our Consultancy and management segment, we deliver management and operational services to clubs, including club planning, day-to-day operations, accounting support, event management, entertainer bookings, and organizing periodic events. The Company also provides ongoing brand exposure in club venues to generate sponsorship revenue from customers. Through our Event curation segment, we generate revenue by organizing and producing our own events, which involves internal teams developing creative concepts and detailed financial projections. We also serve as a subcontractor for external clients, providing event planning, construction, entertainment booking, event operation, and ticket sales. For subcontracted events, revenue is derived from fixed fees and a revenue-sharing model with the client. Through our Sub-Leasing segment, we act as an intermediary, leasing venues directly from property owners and subsequently sub-leasing these spaces to clubs. Lastly, under the Restaurants segment, we operate several restaurants, further diversifying our portfolio within the hospitality industry.
