Tenet Healthcare Corporation is a diversified healthcare services company headquartered in Dallas, Texas, with a Global Business Center in the Philippines supporting administrative functions. The company operates a nationwide care delivery network through direct and indirect subsidiaries, partnerships, and joint ventures. Tenet's business is organized into two reporting segments: Hospital Operations and Services, and Ambulatory Care. As of December 31, 2025, the Hospital Operations segment included 50 acute care and specialty hospitals, a network of employed physicians, and 132 outpatient facilities. These outpatient facilities encompass urgent care centers, imaging centers, off-campus hospital emergency departments, and micro-hospitals. This segment also provides revenue cycle management and value-based care services to hospitals, health systems, physician practices, employers, and other clients through Conifer Health Solutions, LLC. The Ambulatory Care segment, through USPI Holding Company, Inc. (USPI), held ownership interests in 533 ambulatory surgery centers and 26 surgical hospitals as of December 31, 2025. In 2025, Tenet opened the newly constructed, 54-bed Florida Coast Medical Center in Port St. Lucie, Florida. This acute care hospital offers specialized services such as advanced cardiac care, diagnostic services, an emergency care department, general surgery, neurosciences, orthopedics, robotics, and urology.
