Tredegar Corporation manufactures aluminum extrusions and polyethylene and polypropylene plastic films through its subsidiaries. The company operates with two reportable segments: Aluminum Extrusions and High Performance Films. The Aluminum Extrusions segment, also known as Bonnell Aluminum, produces high-quality, soft and medium strength alloyed aluminum extrusions. These products are custom fabricated and finished for various markets including building and construction, automotive and transportation, consumer durable goods, machinery and equipment, electrical and renewable energy, and distribution. Bonnell Aluminum's manufacturing facilities are located in the U.S. This segment manufactures and sells mill (unfinished), machined, anodized and painted, and thermally improved aluminum extrusions directly to fabricators and distributors. It also offers branded product lines: Futura Transitions™ by Bonnell Aluminum (flooring trims) and TSLOTS™ by Bonnell Aluminum (structural aluminum framing systems). Sales for Aluminum Extrusions are predominantly made in the U.S. The High Performance Films segment was formerly known as "PE Films" and was renamed in the fourth quarter of 2025. The product previously known as polyethylene overwrap films is now called advanced packaging films. There were no changes to the operations within this segment. On November 1, 2024, Tredegar Corporation completed the sale of its flexible packaging films business, also referred to as "Terphane," which was headquartered in Brazil, to Oben Group. All historical results for Terphane have been presented as discontinued operations.
