The company is organized into three operating and reporting segments: Ting, Wavelo, and Tucows Domains. The Ting segment includes the operating results of its retail high-speed internet access operations, including its wholly owned subsidiaries Cedar and Simply Bits. This segment provides reliable Gigabit Fiber and Fixed Wireless Internet services to consumer and business customers in select towns throughout the United States, with revenues generated in the U.S. and billed monthly. The Wavelo segment includes the company's platform and professional services offerings, as well as billing solutions for Internet service providers (ISPs). The Tucows Domains segment includes wholesale and retail domain name registration services, along with value-added services offered through its OpenSRS, Enom, Ascio, EPAG, and Hover brands. The Chief Executive Officer reviews the operating results of Ting, Wavelo, and Tucows Domains as three distinct segments to make operating decisions and evaluate performance. Certain revenues and expenses, such as mobile retail services, intercompany transaction eliminations, portions of centrally managed Finance and Human Resources, Legal, and Corporate Information Technology shared services, are excluded from segment results as they are centrally managed.
