TechCom, Inc. was organized on August 22, 2000, in Nevada as UgoMedia Interactive Corporation, later re-domiciling in Delaware on June 30, 2017, and changing its name to TechCom, Inc. on February 26, 2020. The company acquired Beijing Innotrek Technology Co. Ltd ("Innotrek"), a Chinese company based in Beijing, China, on October 17, 2009. As a subsidiary, Innotrek focused on the research and development of broadband technology products in China, specializing in high technology network communications. Innotrek offered broadband technology installation services to hotels. Its products included a system utilizing various wired mediums, a cable modem, and security and monitoring products. The company also distributed computers, network equipment, storage devices, and software products. The Company currently has no operations. On October 6, 2017, and October 11, 2017, Kok Seng Yeap obtained 1,000,000 shares of convertible preferred stock and a convertible note for $50,000, giving him a majority of the voting power. On July 27, 2021, Kok Seng Yeap sold 55,070,000 shares of common stock and 1,000,000 shares of Series A Preferred Stock to AlphaBit, LLC for $550,000. These shares represent 87.60% of the Company's voting power, assuming conversion of all Series A Preferred Stock.
