Cannaisseur Group Inc.

The Cannaisseur Group, Inc. (TCRG) is a Delaware corporation established in December 2020, which has transitioned into a health and wellness company. Its current operations consist solely of a 51% interest in Atlanta CBD Inc., acquired on January 4, 2021. TCRG manages and operates Atlanta CBD's business daily. Atlanta CBD, a Georgia company founded in October 2018, initially engaged in hemp cultivation, extraction, manufacturing, distribution, and retail sales of hemp products under the trade name Inno Medicinals in Atlanta, Georgia. Reflecting TCRG's strategic shift, Atlanta CBD now intends to sell health and wellness products through its retail operations. TCRG plans to expand its health and wellness business by acquiring assets such as CBD cultivation, processing, and distribution equipment and infrastructure from companies that grow and develop CBD and other health-related products for the consumer market. These acquisitions will support both TCRG's growth and Atlanta CBD's operations. TCRG intends to use a combination of equity (common stock) and funds from private placements to acquire these assets.
