Silver North Resources Ltd.

The Company is a silver-focused exploration company primarily concentrating on its Haldane and Tim silver properties in the Yukon Territory, Canada. The Company also holds interests in other mineral exploration projects within the Yukon Territory and a leased property in Nevada, USA. Additionally, it retains Net Smelter Royalties on a property located in Peru. All of the Company's properties are currently in the exploration stage. The Company's operations are not seasonal, as certain exploration activities can be conducted year-round. To date, the Company's revenue has been limited to property option payments from optionees of some mineral properties, interest earned on cash balances, and the sale of marketable securities. The Company's operations rely on exploration rights and claims, as well as the terms of option and/or joint venture agreements on its properties. In Canada, maintaining a mineral property requires annual assessment work or cash in lieu of work. Before starting a work program, an application describing the program is submitted to government authorities for review by various departments, such as fisheries or forestry, to assess potential impacts. The government is obligated to consult with First Nation groups in areas with potential land claims over mineral claims, a task often delegated to the Company.
