This strategy involves three main pillars: improving existing operations through capital efficiency, margin enhancement, commercial opportunities, and organizational improvements to increase annualized free cash flow; investing in high-margin organic projects and disciplined, accretive bolt-on acquisitions in Deepwater basins to grow production and profitability; and building a long-lived, scaled portfolio by participating in greenfield developments, exploring for large resource potential, acquiring and developing projects with significant reserves, and evaluating opportunities within the Gulf of America and other conventional basins.
