We are a BVI business company incorporated on July 23, 2021, and completed our listing on Nasdaq on March 31, 2022. We are a technology-driven mobility company that provides reliable, safe, cost-effective, and environmentally responsible mass transit solutions. Our mission is to address inefficiencies in public transportation infrastructure in urban areas. Our technology and services offer an alternative to traditional public transportation, taxi companies, or other ridesharing companies. Through our platform, we provide thousands of riders per day with a dynamically-routed, self-optimizing network of minibuses and other vehicles. We currently operate in Egypt, KSA, UAE, U.K., and Kuwait. Our employees work out of these countries, as well as Pakistan and India. From April 1, 2022, to July 19, 2023, our Ordinary Shares and Warrants traded on the Nasdaq Global Market. Since July 19, 2023, our Ordinary Shares and Warrants have traded on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbols "SWVL" and "SWVLW," respectively.
