Stellar V Capital Corp. is a blank check company, also known as a Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC), incorporated on July 12, 2024, in the Cayman Islands. Its sole purpose is to complete a business combination, such as a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, or reorganization, with one or more existing businesses. The company has not yet identified or engaged in discussions with any specific target business. While it may consider targets in any business, industry, or stage of corporate development, its primary focus is on established businesses of scale that are positioned for continued growth and led by experienced management teams.
