Silver Bull Resources, Inc. is a mineral exploration company that was incorporated in the State of Nevada on November 8, 1993, originally as the Cadgie Company. The company changed its name to Metalline Mining Company on June 28, 1996, and then to Silver Bull Resources, Inc. on April 21, 2011. The company has not generated any revenue from its planned operations and is classified as an exploration stage company. It has not established any mineral reserves for its exploration projects. Silver Bull Resources owns several property concessions in Mexico, specifically within the Sierra Mojada District, located in the west-central part of the state of Coahuila, Mexico. Operations in Mexico are conducted through its wholly owned subsidiaries, Minera Metalin S.A. de C.V. and Minas de Coahuila SBR S.A. de C.V. In April 2010, Metalline Mining Delaware, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary, merged with Dome Ventures Corporation, making Dome a wholly owned subsidiary of Silver Bull. Dome has a wholly owned subsidiary, Dome Asia Inc., incorporated in the British Virgin Islands. On June 5, 2015, the company decided to delist its common stock from the NYSE MKT, and on June 29, 2015, its shares began trading on the OTCQB marketplace. The company's common stock also continues to trade on the TSX.
