Sunoco LP

Sunoco LP is a Delaware master limited partnership primarily engaged in energy infrastructure and the distribution of motor fuels. The company's General Partner is managed by Energy Transfer, which, as of February 13, 2026, owned 100% of the membership interest in the General Partner, 28,463,967 common units, and all IDRs. Energy Transfer also controls SunocoCorp, which owns all outstanding Class D Units and has been delegated the power to appoint the board of directors of the General Partner. Sunoco operates across 32 countries and territories in North America, the Greater Caribbean, and Europe. Its midstream operations include an extensive network of over 14,000 miles of pipeline and over 160 terminals. The fuel distribution operations distribute over 15 billion gallons annually to approximately 11,000 Sunoco and partner branded locations, as well as independent dealers and commercial customers. On October 31, 2025, Sunoco Retail LLC, a wholly owned corporate subsidiary, indirectly acquired all outstanding shares of Parkland. Parkland shareholders received 0.295 SunocoCorp units and C$19.80 for each Parkland share.
