Sui Group Holdings Limited, formerly Mill City Ventures III, Ltd., is a Minnesota corporation headquartered in Wayzata, Minnesota. The company was incorporated on January 10, 2006. From inception until December 13, 2012, it operated in the gaming and entertainment industry. In 2013, it became a business development company (BDC) under the Investment Company Act of 1940, withdrawing this election on December 27, 2019. Following this, the company operated as a publicly traded specialty finance company, providing short-term, non-bank lending solutions primarily to private businesses, micro- and small-cap public companies, and high-net-worth individuals. To avoid regulation under the 1940 Act, the company monitors its holdings to ensure no more than 40% of its total assets consist of "investment securities." In 2025, the company launched an SUI treasury strategy, allocating the principal holding in its treasury reserve to the native cryptocurrency of the Sui blockchain (SUI). Since then, it has established the largest publicly traded SUI treasury, supported by an exclusive relationship with the Sui Foundation. On August 26, 2025, the company formally changed its name to Sui Group Holdings Limited and its ticker symbol from "MCVT" to "SUIG."
