The residential loans are secured by a first mortgage lien on residential property and are primarily non-agency residential loans not guaranteed by any U.S. Government agency or federally chartered corporation. The Infrastructure Lending Segment primarily originates, acquires, finances, and manages infrastructure debt investments. The Property Segment primarily acquires and manages equity interests in stabilized and to be stabilized commercial real estate.
