Sharps Technology, Inc. is a medical device sales and distribution company that markets and distributes syringe products and related drug-delivery systems. On August 23, 2025, Sharps Technology adopted a digital asset treasury strategy focused on accumulating Solana ("SOL"), the native digital asset of the Solana blockchain. On August 28, 2025, following the closing of its Private Investment in Public Equity Offering ("PIPE") of approximately $400 million, the company's Board adopted a treasury policy. Under this policy, the main holding in its treasury reserve on the balance sheet will be allocated to SOL. While the company may accumulate other digital assets in the future, it currently owns only SOL, USDC, and USDT, with the majority being SOL. After the PIPE closed, Sharps Technology purchased and continues to hold over 2,000,000 SOL, including staking rewards, which represents almost all the capital raised in that offering. The Board has also created a Treasury Oversight Committee, consisting of the Executive Chairman, Chief Investment Officer, and Principal Financial Officer, to oversee the implementation of the Treasury Policy.
