Stimcell Energetics Inc. is a biotech company focused on the discovery, development, and commercialization of therapeutic and non-therapeutic products that enhance cellular function, promote general wellness, and alleviate health complications. These complications include, but are not limited to: aging, insulin sensitivity, high blood pressure, neuropathy, and kidney function. The company was incorporated in Nevada on March 19, 2010. On April 26, 2016, it formed a wholly owned subsidiary, Cell MedX (Canada) Corp., in British Columbia. The company's primary focus is on continued research and development of its eBalance® Technology and its eBalance® Home System. Stimcell Energetics Inc. acquired its proprietary microcurrent technology, known as eBalance® Technology, in 2014 through a Technology Purchase Agreement. This technology is designed for use in the treatment of diabetes and related ailments. eBalance® Technology is based on the science of bioelectric signals, their effect on epigenetic events within the human body, and their ability to modify and affect the behavior of cells, tissues, and organs. The eBalance® Technology utilizes microcurrent electrical therapy (MEY) to deliver subsensory micro amperage current to the patient/user to support general wellness or provide temporary relief of pain. Effective November 1, 2024, the company completed a 1-for-15 reverse stock split, decreasing its authorized capital from 7,500,000,000 shares of common stock (with 297,236,373 shares outstanding) to 500,000,000 shares of common stock (with 19,816,272 shares outstanding). Concurrently, the company changed its name from "Cell MedX Corp." to "Stimcell Energetics Inc."
