General S&T Bancorp, Inc. is a bank holding company incorporated in Pennsylvania on March 17, 1983. The company operates through its four active direct wholly-owned subsidiaries: S&T Bank, 9th Street Holdings, Inc., STBA Capital Trust I, and DNB Capital Trust II. It also holds a 50 percent interest in Commonwealth Trust Credit Life Insurance Company (CTCLIC).
