SSR Mining Inc. is a precious metals mining company that operates, acquires, explores, and develops precious metal resource properties in Türkiye and the Americas. The company produces gold doré, as well as copper, silver, lead, and zinc concentrates. Its common shares are listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange and the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol "SSRM". SSR Mining voluntarily delisted from the Australian Securities Exchange, effective April 8, 2025. The company's operations are organized into five reportable operating segments, each corresponding to a producing mine site. These include Çöpler, located in Erzincan Province, Türkiye; Marigold, located in Nevada, United States; Crippler Creek & Victor (CC&V), located in Colorado, United States; Seabee, located in Saskatchewan, Canada; and Puna, located in Jujuy Province, Argentina. For the year ended December 31, 2025, the contributions to revenue by reportable operating segment were 0% from Çöpler, 33% from Marigold, 28% from CC&V, 11% from Seabee, and 28% from Puna. In 2024, these contributions were 7% from Çöpler, 41% from Marigold, 19% from Seabee, and 33% from Puna. In 2023, the contributions were 31% from Çöpler, 38% from Marigold, 11% from Seabee, and 20% from Puna. All currency references are in United States dollars unless otherwise indicated.
