Sensus Healthcare, Inc. is a medical device company that provides non-invasive treatments for non-melanoma skin cancer (NMSC) and post-surgical keloid scar prevention. The company utilizes proprietary low-energy X-ray technology, known as superficial radiation therapy (SRT), which has been developed through decades of research. Sensus Healthcare has integrated SRT into a portfolio of treatment devices: the SRT-100™, SRT-100+™, and SRT-100 Vision™. This SRT technology has been used to treat close to one-million patients globally for oncological and non-oncological skin conditions. Organized in 2010 and incorporated in Delaware, the company completed its initial public offering in 2016. Sensus Healthcare operates as one segment from its corporate headquarters in Boca Raton, Florida. As of December 31, 2025, the company had installed 955 units in 21 countries, primarily within the United States. In February 2024, Sensus Healthcare formed Sensus Healthcare Services, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary. This subsidiary provides operational healthcare offerings to dermatology clinics, including equipment, radiation oncology and physicist oversight, and on-site device operation by radiotherapy technologists. This service model is referred to as the "Fair Deal Agreement." The SRT-100, a photon x-ray low energy SRT system, offers an alternative to surgery for treating non-melanoma skin cancers, such as basal cell and squamous cell skin cancers, and other skin conditions like keloids.
