Surf Air Mobility Inc. is a regional air mobility platform. Surf Air Mobility Inc. was incorporated in 2021 and became the ultimate parent of Surf Air Global Limited and Southern Airways Corporation in July 2023 following its public listing on the NYSE. For 2025, the company served over 300,000 passengers with approximately 62,000 scheduled departures. Its predecessor company, Surf Air, was formed in 2016 and focused on expanding regional air travel by connecting underutilized regional airports and private terminals using small turboprop aircraft. Surf Air provided both scheduled routes and on-demand charter flights operated by third parties under Part 135 of Title 14 of the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations.
