Our company, through its indirect wholly owned subsidiary, Springview Singapore, designs and constructs residential and commercial buildings in Singapore. Our projects encompass four main types of work: new construction, reconstruction, additions and alterations ("A&A"), and other general contracting services. New construction involves demolishing an existing house and rebuilding a new one. Reconstruction work entails replacing a substantial part of a house. A&A work focuses on minor modifications to existing structures within an existing building's requirements. We also offer other general contracting services, including renovation and design consultation. We assist clients in developing feasible design concepts by understanding their vision and budget. Our projects are executed in either design and build mode or construction mode. In a design and build role, we provide design input and serve as the main contractor. For construction mode, we act solely as a contractor. In the design and build role, we collaborate with associated architectural firms to deliver tailored solutions, including conceptualized design drawings and detailed implementation plans, which we then execute with our design and construction teams. In the contractor role, we provide quality construction work based on our team's experience and relationships with architects and subcontractors. With an operating history dating back to 2002, we have established a reputation in the Singapore real estate development market through customer relationships, leading to referrals. Our operations team manages inquiries and feedback, working with subcontractors to address project issues.
