Canary Marinade Solana ETF is a Delaware statutory trust that issues common shares representing ownership interests in the Trust. These shares, traded on The Nasdaq Stock Market, LLC under the ticker symbol "SOLC," allow investors to gain exposure to SOL. The Trust's operations began on November 17, 2025, following its organization on June 6, 2025. Canary Capital Group LLC acts as the sponsor, while CSC Delaware Trust Company serves as the trustee. U.S. Bancorp Fund Services, LLC handles transfer agent, administration, and accounting duties. Paralel Distributors LLC is the marketing agent. BitGo Trust Company, Inc. is the custodian for the Trust's SOL, and U.S. Bank, N.A. is the cash custodian. The Trust operates as an exchange-traded product, selling or redeeming its shares in blocks of 10,000 shares, known as a "Basket." The value of each Basket is based on the quantity of SOL attributed to each share, after accounting for expenses and liabilities. Prior to its operational inception, the Trust's activities were limited to its organization and the registration of its shares. Canary Capital Group Inc., an affiliate of the Sponsor, initiated the Trust by purchasing the first Basket of 10,000 shares for $250,000, at a price of $25 per share.
