The company's business activities are organized into three reportable segments: Sempra California, Sempra Texas Utilities, and Sempra Infrastructure. SDG&E, part of Sempra California, is a regulated public utility providing electric services to approximately 3.6 million people and natural gas services to approximately 3.3 million people within that population as of December 31, 2025. Its service territory covers approximately 4,100 square miles in Southern California, including San Diego County and an adjacent part of Orange County.
