Our Company is a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on innovative cancer therapies. The company currently markets two FDA-approved medicines: Revuforj® (revumenib) and Niktimvo™ (axatilimab-csfr). Revuforj, a menin inhibitor, received its first U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approval in November 2024 for treating relapsed or refractory (R/R) acute leukemia with a lysine methyltransferase 2A gene (KMT2A) translocation in adult and pediatric patients aged one year and older. In October 2025, Revuforj gained a second FDA approval for R/R acute myeloid leukemia (AML) with a susceptible nucleophosmin 1 mutation (NPM1m) in adult and pediatric patients aged one year and older lacking satisfactory alternative treatment options. The company is also studying revumenib in combination with standard-of-care agents for NPM1m AML and KMT2A-rearranged (KMT2Ar) acute leukemia, including in newly diagnosed patients, and exploring its use in myelofibrosis (MF). Niktimvo, a colony stimulating factor-1 receptor (CSF-1R) blocking antibody, was FDA-approved in August 2024 for chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD) after failure of at least two prior lines of systemic therapy in adult and pediatric patients weighing at least 40 kg. Axatilimab is also being developed for newly diagnosed cGVHD patients in combination with standard of care therapies, and for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF). The company holds global rights to both revumenib and axatilimab. It leads the commercialization and development of revumenib and collaborates with Incyte on the commercialization and development of axatilimab.
