We are an integrated solar and renewable energy company, founded in 2008, primarily conducting business in the United States. Our solar energy systems convert direct current (DC) electricity from the sun into alternating current (AC) electricity for residential homes and commercial businesses. The solar business allows users to save on energy costs and reduce their carbon footprint compared to electricity from local utility companies. Since the third quarter of 2025, our primary business has focused on negotiating contracts and performing Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) services for solar-based Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) commercial systems. As of December 31, 2025, we had started EPC services on a 430 MWh battery storage project in Texas under an agreement dated July 31, 2025, with Longfellow BESS I, LLC. For the year ended December 31, 2025, we generated $60.2 million in revenue from these EPC services, representing 66.1% of our total revenue, all of which was generated during the second half of 2025.
