The company converted into a Delaware corporation and changed its name to SkyWater Technology, Inc. before its initial public offering (IPO). On April 23, 2021, SkyWater completed its IPO, issuing 8,004,000 shares of common stock, which began trading on the Nasdaq Stock Market on April 21, 2021, under the symbol "SKYT".
