SITE Centers Corp.

SITE Centers Corp. is a self-administered and self-managed Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) focused on owning, leasing, redeveloping, and managing shopping centers. On October 1, 2024, the company completed the spin-off of 79 convenience retail properties, totaling approximately 2.7 million square feet of gross leasable area (GLA), into a new publicly traded company called Curbline Properties Corp. As part of this spin-off, SITE Centers transferred its convenience retail properties, $800.0 million of unrestricted cash, and other assets and liabilities to Curbline. Common shareholders of SITE Centers as of September 23, 2024, the record date, received two shares of Curbline common stock for every one common share of SITE Centers they held. This spin-off represents a strategic shift in SITE Centers' business. The Curbline properties were considered held for sale as of October 1, 2024, and are reported as discontinued operations for all periods before the spin-off date. Operating statistics for the years ended December 31, 2024, and 2023, have been adjusted for discontinued operations and properties sold during 2024. SITE Centers manages all of its shopping centers, referred to as the Portfolio Properties.
