NaturalShrimp Incorporated is a global shrimp farming company. The company was incorporated in Nevada on July 3, 2008, initially as "Multiplayer Online Dragon, Inc." On January 30, 2015, NaturalShrimp acquired substantially all assets of NaturalShrimp Holdings, Inc. (NSH), which included proprietary technology for growing and selling shrimp. These assets primarily consisted of all issued and outstanding shares of capital stock of NSH's subsidiaries, NaturalShrimp Corporation (now NaturalShrimp USA Corporation or NSC) and NaturalShrimp Global (NS Global), along with certain real property outside San Antonio, Texas. In exchange, NaturalShrimp issued 75,520,240 shares of its common stock to NSH. Following this transaction, NSH acquired 88.62% of NaturalShrimp's issued and outstanding common stock, NSC and NS Global became wholly-owned subsidiaries, and NaturalShrimp changed its principal business to shrimp farming. The company changed its name to "NaturalShrimp Incorporated" in 2015. NaturalShrimp operates through its wholly-owned subsidiaries: NaturalShrimp USA Corporation, NaturalShrimp Global, Inc., and Natural Aquatic Systems, Inc. The company also owns 51% of NaturalShrimp/Hydrenesis LLC, a Texas limited liability company. On September 4, 2024, Streeterville Capital, LLC and Bucktown Capital, LLC filed a Verified Emergency Motion for Appointment of Receiver in the District Court of Salt Lake County, Utah, alleging NaturalShrimp defaulted on loan agreements. An order was entered on September 9, 2024, granting the appointment of a Receiver to take control of NaturalShrimp's assets.
