In December 2025, OLOX acquired Giant Containers Inc. Giant Containers Inc. is a global manufacturer of modular structures made from shipping containers for construction projects and custom buildings. Prior to October 2019, the company's business model focused on project-based construction, designing and building finished products with its technology for customers primarily in the retail, restaurant, military, and education industries across the United States. In January 2026, the Company changed its name from Safe & Green Holdings Corp. to "Olenox Industries Inc." and its trading symbol to "OLOX".
