Strategic Environmental & Energy Resources, Inc. (SEER) was originally organized in Nevada on February 13, 2002, as Satellite Organizing Solutions, Inc., changing its name in January 2008. SEER assembles complementary service and environmental, clean-technology businesses that provide solutions in the environmental, waste management, and renewable energy industries. Headquartered in Broomfield, Colorado, SEER currently operates four companies. Through these operating companies, SEER provides environmental products and solutions throughout North America and is pursuing international markets for its technologies and products. SEER's domestic strategy involves internal growth through its subsidiaries with established revenue streams, and establishing alliances with or acquiring complementary domestic businesses in growing markets such as renewable energy, waste management/treatment, emissions capture and conditioning, and environmental soil amendments and organic fertilizers. The company aims to increase margins by securing or developing proprietary patented and patent-pending technologies, leveraging its 25-plus-year service experience to introduce these innovations into several growing international markets. SEER participates in worldwide markets including environmental compliance, renewable "green gas" energy, gaseous and solid medical/pharmaceutical waste minimization/management, and organic fertilizers and soil amendments. Most recently, SEER is focusing on decarbonization technologies and strategies, as well as monetization and tokenization of fully-insured biochar carbon credits. This focus is driven by increasing domestic and international carbon emissions regulations and offset programs, alongside statutory programs at local, state, federal, and international levels that mandate renewable energies and waste minimization, handling, storage, treatment, and disposal.
