Piranha Blockchain is an early-stage enterprise focused on building digital-asset infrastructure and cybersecurity capabilities. SecureTech formed Piranha Blockchain, Inc., a Wyoming corporation, on November 19, 2021, and Piranha Blockchain, Ltd., an Anguilla-based international business company, on November 25, 2021. Terra Nova Technologies (Top Kontrol product line) is a legacy product line currently undergoing restructuring in preparation for a planned spin-off onto the OTCQB marketplace. SecureTech Innovations, Inc. was incorporated in the State of Wyoming on March 2, 2017, as SecureTech, Inc., and changed its name to SecureTech Innovations, Inc. on December 20, 2017.
