We are a contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) that provides a comprehensive range of biologics manufacturing services for the biotechnology and biopharmaceutical industries. Our services span from process development to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP) clinical and commercial manufacturing of biologics. We combine CGMP biomanufacturing and quality control expertise with advanced capabilities in immunoassays, molecular assays, and bioanalytical methods. This supports the production of cell- and gene-based therapies, as well as large molecule biologics. Our offerings include clinical and commercial drug substance manufacturing, release and stability testing, and various process development services. These process development services encompass upstream and downstream development and optimization, analytical method development, and cell line development, testing, and characterization. Our facility in San Antonio, TX, began operations in September 2022. During 2023, we shifted our priorities to biomanufacturing capabilities, reallocating resources towards biomanufacturing efforts and away from research and biodefense efforts. We also divested clinical stage oncology assets, including HS-110 and PTX-35. We intend to continue discovery efforts of our subsidiary, Skunkworx Bio, Inc., if sufficient resources are available. Our common stock is currently suspended from trading on the NYSE American and is trading on the OTC Markets Pink Limited exchange. It remains listed on the NYSE American pending an appeal of a delisting determination received on April 21, 2025, due to the low selling price of our common stock.
